Before coming to Roush I did business with a different dealership and had a horrible experience. As luck with have it I met Ken and he told me to come see him and he would take care of me. From the moment dealership and had a horrible experience. As luck with have it I met Ken and he told me to come see him and he would take care of me. From the moment I walked into Roush Honda the atmosphere was very open and welcoming. Ken, Angel and Miguel took great care with me, answered my questions honestly and gave me a lot of reassurances that they are a reputable and quality business. It was an overall quick and great experience. This is now the dealership and people that I recommend whenever anyone asks me about obtaining a vehicle. Thank you guys once again and I love my SUV! More

Had a bad experience trying to buy a vehicle from this dealer, im in another state and been approve from my credit union already ,I talk to Miguel / Joel and explain both everything ,he said sure tell yo dealer, im in another state and been approve from my credit union already ,I talk to Miguel / Joel and explain both everything ,he said sure tell you credit union to send me to my email what they. need after that he respond back to the email shouldn't be a problem we can provide everything you credit union need, too I have to Paid a family member he lives close to the dealer for a test drive he drove 4 hrs ,truck is in a good condition so after that they asking for all personal documentation we provide what they need we sign the contract in finance department but at the end the dealer they can't provide a letter of title guarantee to the credit union, since they had been notified in advance and there was no problem , well another option was to finance with then ,they ran my credit they lowered 42 points of my credit score and I have not received a response yet from the dealer terrible service very disappointing after we do everything from our side to buy the vehicle there is no professionalism in this dealer . More
