Miguel joins us from Hamilton, Indiana. He joined the military at the age of 17 where he ended up serving as an 11Bravo infantryman for six years. His journey took a significant turn when he welcomed his son Ezra into the world during his fifth year of service. This life-changing event ignited Miguel's determination to expand his horizons beyond the military, leading him to dive into the world of Tool & Die machining for the next nine years. Driven by the desire to make a difference in the lives of others, Miguel found himself drawn to Wisconsin through what he describes as a mysterious twist of fate. Despite never envisioning himself in the role, Miguel discovered a passion for helping individuals in a different capacity – as a car salesman. The dealership seems like it's nice but I was introduced through service and thought they were fair pricing for a job. Turns out they were kinda stringing me along. Everytime I got my car back for one thing through service and thought they were fair pricing for a job. Turns out they were kinda stringing me along. Everytime I got my car back for one thing another thing would be wrong with the same parts or more. Coincidence maybe but they were very good about not letting me speak to management and service has questionable service people if they can't hear a stearing issue with the car off! Either the mechanic or service was skirting issues and had my car for weeks at a time. I'm still working on figuring out what parts were actually changed on my car. In the end I have to buy a used car to get out of there. And they wouldn't certify it or give me a second key fob which the salesman blamed the banks for not releasing because it's not certified. The car that we bought has some electrical issue where...all the windows rolling down on there own WITH THE CAR PARKED AND OFF! and a questionable drivers door that was in a "minor" fender bender. By the time all said and done we had a car with some new parts that is struggling with a hole somewhere on the gas tank that they quoted me another $8k and another with safety issues and a payment plan they have sold at least 2x before me. They are very nice ppl, but something ain't right. More

We already had an appointment to meet with Miguel Ortiz. Meeting him for the first time was a delight. He has a mild personality that makes you want to trust him. He spent a lot of time with us so we knew our best options. He is very knowledgeable about about the process in buying a car or leasing. Us being retired we needed a lower payment. He and Gabriel the financial director showed us in very easy terms how leasing would be the best for us financially. We were very pleased with our monthly payments. I urge anyone who is interested in purchasing a car or to lease to ask for Miguel Ortiz. You will appreciate his kind trusting demeanor and his knowledge. He's ready to work for you.
