I am very happy with Ghent in Greeley I recently bought Cadillac Escalade from them no pressure approach and the finance department did a very good job. a few days after I got a call from them to set up a Cadillac Escalade from them no pressure approach and the finance department did a very good job. a few days after I got a call from them to set up a window tinting and clear bra. I thought that was a nice touch most dealers want you in and out as fast as possible, all ways trying to sell stuff you don’t need. Worst experience trying to get my new car diagnosed. Service department wanted us to pay for a tire rotation and more when our car is A 2023 and under warranty. Had to go to Weld County Garage and they Service department wanted us to pay for a tire rotation and more when our car is A 2023 and under warranty. Had to go to Weld County Garage and they took us in same day and got it resolved under 30 minutes!! More

Horrible Service. I was lied to several times. Left outside in the heat to wait like a bad dog. Lack of trained employees across the board including managers, service I was lied to several times. Left outside in the heat to wait like a bad dog. Lack of trained employees across the board including managers, service and sales. Fast talking individuals who promise things and don't deliver. Buying a car shouldn't take several trips and weeks with several trips to the service department. I will not name names just know these guys do not care about you they just want your money. I promise you not one thing went right at this dealership. GM and managers did nothing to fix the problems they were more concerned with a bad review. More
