There is another Mazda dealer closer to my home but I choose to go to South Bay because of the service I've received there. I've owned a Toyota, Nissan, Honda, Hyundai and BMW and none of those dealerships could hold a candle to South Bay Mazda. Bought a new car from Miguel M. and had an easy time figuring out which trim level would be best for me and my family. He was patient and answered all our questions in regards to ca and had an easy time figuring out which trim level would be best for me and my family. He was patient and answered all our questions in regards to car features, incentives, car specs, financing options and monthly price vs. out the door pricing. He also reviewed extended warranties, Lo-jack pricing, and maintenance packages with us and explain all the different levels/tiers without pushing us to max out everything. This is our second car we have bought from him and both times have been great experiences. Would highly recommend working with Miguel at South Bay Mazda.
