My experience with BMW of Silver Spring is mixed. While my sales person David S. was excellent, very knowledgeable and made the process easy, the financing team was most difficult to deal with. It to While my sales person David S. was excellent, very knowledgeable and made the process easy, the financing team was most difficult to deal with. It took my 3 days to get my car. The finance guy Steve was not the best to work with, he kept reminding us about how much money they are losing on the new car when in fact this is not the responsibility of them. I guess he just cannot take off the sales person hat. For some strange reason, the finance team was responsible for my trade, asked for a CarMax match, they gave us $2k less than what I have printed. They also tried to jack to finance rate. Overall, sales person great but NOT the finance person. More

This is our 3rd BMW purchase from Miguel Mendez @ BMW of Silver Spring, and I have to say, it is very likely we would not have purchased these vehicles had it not been for Miguel. Buying a car from him is what the car-buying experience should be. We 100% recommend him to all our friends and family to go see him when it comes to buying a luxury car. As for BMW of Silver Spring, we would also recommend them 100%. The team there is super professional, they do their best to put us in a loaner when we take the car to the shop. Our service professional is Delfin Green, he is exceptional, responsive, and always in a good mood. Del listens to you, and he does his best to tend to our needs. Overall, most of the team @ BMW of Silver Spring are very professional and organized, everyone from the front desk to the service department personnel are very respectful. We love that dealership. I bought a M4 a few months ago from this dealership and Miguel had helped. He promised that the car had zero problems and that it was super reliable. Not even a couple days later i had to come back to get Miguel had helped. He promised that the car had zero problems and that it was super reliable. Not even a couple days later i had to come back to get my car serviced because the interior lights didn’t work, and the car didn’t even have a horn. He continued to make promise after promise and 2 months later ive been to the dealership more than 3 times for service. He’ll say what he thinks you want to hear but at the end of the day he’s just trying to make a commission. Just like any other salesman he doesn’t care about what happens after he makes the sale. Don’t go to him. More
