You choose to use my first name publicly when I didn’t . This was written after I was sent to voicemail (again) this morning and before I drove (third time) to the dealership to work this out in person. I thank you for a different (not new) loaner since the previous one was literally duck taped together. I am open to updating this review as this buyer experience proceeds - bottom line: the title is an inconvenience but I’m guessing not completely avoidable- again, I thank you for a loaner. But it’s the lack of communication that’s frustrating- it shouldn’t take over 2 weeks of VMs to find an answer to a question. ————————————— Sales price transparency was rated average bc transparency is always average when car shopping. Purchase time was rated 1 star bc I’m still waiting for my car. Finance experience was rated 2 stars bc an up-sell of $90/mo for lifetime oil change/tire rotation was added without my asking.
