Wasn’t… Whoever performed this inspection really missed the mark. Thousands of dollars later, having to purchase new tires, a battery, and gas for continual service appointments (from Flagstaff to Prescott) to missed time at work and so much more. It was even confirmed on multiple occasions the vehicle had been unsafe each time it left the lot. From a clunk due to both lower control arms being loose (for multiple trips). To a front bearing replacement due to an improper installation, a front differential leak. The sales team being charged for work instead of warranty. Being blamed for aftermarket parts being installed that were there during the initial purchase, down to the power steering rack dumping fluid everywhere and the new one not being installed/centered properly. Purchased at the end of February 2024. First appointment Prescott - 03/04/2024-03/14/2024: Replace fog light with OEM, replace missing rear seat release button to cover exposed screw, and remove aftermarket wires that weren't removed during the initial “160-point inspection.”. Appointment scheduled in Flagstaff to address front-end clunk. Canceled when Flagstaff didn’t see warranty. 04/05/2024 Second appointment Prescott - 05/03/2024: Checked the clunk, decided it was a loose spare tire. Tried to blame it on the aftermarket leveling kit that was installed prior to purchase. Attempted to charge for an oil change, which the first oil change was originally offered during purchase. Third appointment Prescott - 05/17/2024-05/30/2024: Clunk addressed, both lower control arms loose. Humming in front end found bad bearing; bearing replaced. Fourth appointment Prescott - 08/02/2024-08/14/2024: Windshield front lower cowl replaced, pinched under windshield. Front differential leak found; differential, axle sleeve, and seal replaced. Sales team charged. Fifth appointment Prescott - 08/14/2024-08/16/2024: Hitch wiring rusted not working, replaced. Sixth appointment Prescott - 09/07/2024-09/12/2024: Power steering rack leak, power steering rack replaced, and alignment performed. The sales team no longer will work with prior requests agreed upon. Third-party inspection Flagstaff - 10/02/2024: Steering rack loose mounting Eighth appointment Flagstaff - 11/01/2024: Inspect power steering rack, steering rack uncentered. Ninth appointment Flagstaff - 11/13/2024: Re-centered steering rack and performed alignment. Hopefully this review will help prevent other families from purchasing an unsafe, falsely advertised vehicle in the future and save them the additional costs and frustration my family has gone through. Ratings and reasoning: Steven B. 1/5 - Honestly 0/5 if I could. Doesn't seem to know anything about the vehicles he sells and is looking for a quick sale. Will tell you he'll follow up, but the communication afterward drops quickly. Jason P. 1/5 - Actually 0/5, absolutely no customer service skills and should never be customer facing. Tony S. 1/5 - Actually 0/5, will promise you things and act shocked in person. On the phone, inconceivably rude and unpleasant to work with. Miguel A. 3/5 - At first, he was extremely helpful. Until it seemed that he was burned out and no longer wanted to help us. Don't be upset with the customer/client. Be upset at your co-workers for not doing their job properly. Mike H. 3/5 - Honestly, same as Miguel. He helped, until he just didn't care anymore. There is more that could have been checked when it came to unauthorized work that was performed on my vehicle without permission or documentation. Corey B. - No issues, but nothing really worth rating. Other than the service team :cough:Jason:cough: not seeing my "First free oil change". The overall review doesn't really pertain to Corey unless he was the one who performed the original "160-point inspection". More

Jeff, Albert and Leslie were the dream team to work with during our recent vehicle purchase and trade-in process. They communicated well, were honest, genuine and transparent with my wife and I, which made during our recent vehicle purchase and trade-in process. They communicated well, were honest, genuine and transparent with my wife and I, which made this process much more positive and easier for us. In the past, I usually end up driving down to the PHX-area, or even out of state to purchase my vehicles, but not w/ this team over at Findlay Toyota! Thank you Jeff-Albert-Leslie!! More
