They knowingly sell dangerous used cars. We cannot get car paperwork or anything we signed. We have gone in, called, texted, emailed and do NOT get help or contact back. We immediately contacted dealership, service dept and salesperson the next morning. We took our car to 2 other places for diagnostic scan and told unsafe to drive literally less than 24 hours after purchase. Their service dept would not help or repair the loud squeal. Mick Gurley is nasty, rude and completely unprofessional, he has a very bad attitude, seems to hate his job and this company refused to help, rolled his eyes and laughed at us. He should not work in any job that would involve customer service as he is just a horrible person. He literally told us the car they sold us was a piece of junk and to get a lawyer. @fordmotorcompany thats not good business. If I could leave 0 stars for this dealership, I would. I bought a brand new 2022 truck in February 2022. From the beginning the finance manager, Jim Knight, tried to trick me with promising a certain paym I bought a brand new 2022 truck in February 2022. From the beginning the finance manager, Jim Knight, tried to trick me with promising a certain payment plan and went back on his word (nothing new there at a dealership). The sales person, Mladen Raychev, sold me this car without making sure it was checked out by the service department. The brake pads automatically needed to be replaced, along with the gear shift module. The sales manager, Mick Gurley, absolutely didn't help or even call to ask what was going on considering they sold me a brand new car that was already needing work done. I was in my 1st rental car while they tried to "figure out" how to do this. They instructed to me to drive on bad brake pads until they were able to get the order in. Once the order was in I was put into a 2nd rental car. Upon picking up my car, the service department dropped something on the hood and the paint was completely scratched down to the metal. The service department also scratched ALL of the plastic trim around the car and it needed to be re-ordered. I was then put into a 3rd rental car so they can fix the paint they damaged and the trim. The service department manager, Tamius 'T' Soto, finally got involved and contacted me. He told me he would take care of it. He told me a day and time when the car was going to be ready and when I showed up he was not there and there was ANOTHER paint chip!!! The shop forman, Chris Hansen, came out and had no clue what was going on with my car and didn't care that his shop has continuously damaged my car. I am in utter shock at this dealership and service department. There was no type of compensation for all of this. The two store managers, Bryant Gilligan and Wesley Greg, have not called me a single time to see how/if they can help with the disaster they have put me through with buying a brand new FORD after 12 years. A service rep, Laurel Trimbath, called me one time saying she was going to help me and never contacted me again and has not answered any of my calls. PLEASE beware of this dealership, they truly don't care about anything other than the sale and the service department has destroyed my brand new car and I was in multiple rental cars within a 3 month span. I have to get the paint fixed elsewhere and I will be reporting this to corporate. More

I would recommend Fred Carillo as a salesperson. Good follow up, and he remembers his clients! I would recommend Ford products as my Escapes were a great little SUV …with all the bells and whistles (and follow up, and he remembers his clients! I would recommend Ford products as my Escapes were a great little SUV …with all the bells and whistles (and I now have equity in my car) Other than that: Negative 1). Finance man was too busy to call back even AFTER I had overnighted a check for almost $17k to pay off vehicle! Confirmation would have been nice …Fred called me back after I called him personally. 2) when I called to talk to Fred, receptionist put call through to another young man who actually “pretended” to be Fred! (I know Fred’s voice since he’s the only one who actually talks to me). This young man proceeds to hang up on me.. called Fred back and asked if this is how Ford runs one of their busiest dealerships. Shame too…. Since I love Ford products. 3) $499 “documents” fee for me to buy out my lease! No inspection, no cleaning, just me signing papers …. By myself!! Ridiculous!!! Still looking into this….especially since the finance guy NEVER called me back! I’m looking still for my replacement …. But I’m not going to Gaudin More
