Mick listened and wrote down everything I was looking for and my current situation after being hit in my first car and dealing with insurance. Mick not only understood my situation, what I was looking for, and what my price range was, he worked with me to get me into the car I wanted at the price I wanted and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful! We did everything over the phone, and I drove there and picked up my new car. Just to put this in perspective, I drove HOURS from where I live to Toyota of Melbourne for the SECOND time now because of Mick! I genuinely had a really good experience working with Mick!
