I had an appointment at 10. They got back to me at 3pm only to tell me they need another 6 hours to find "exactly" where the problem is. I asked techs to please call me before performing any work but they went ahead and performed the work without confirming with me. ... them of course, i could not pick up my car unless i paid them.
