I took my car in for service because my car battery had been consistently dying for a couple of weeks and continued to not start with a jump even after I replaced the battery. An electrical specialist at been consistently dying for a couple of weeks and continued to not start with a jump even after I replaced the battery. An electrical specialist at my mechanic said he could not find the source of the draw and the car needed to go into the dealer. He thought the repair might be the main computer brain of the car. The service advisor Michelle listened carefully to my troubled history and said she had an idea. She went out to look at the lock on the car door and discovered it had been tampered with which she said will make the computer cycle the lock on and off thereby draining the battery and the power consistently. She recommended replacing the lock which I did and the problem is solved! Her astute thinking and knowledge of cars that she has seen with similar issues saved me a lot of time and money and my car was in repair for less than a day. More

I have been a customer of Marin Acura for over 18 years. They are the absolute best!!! Everyone goes out of her way to make sure my experience is great every time. I had a problem with my 2019 Acura MDX that occurred before the warranty had expired however it was intermittent and no repair was made at that time. Subsequently the problem returned and the dealer man before the warranty had expired however it was intermittent and no repair was made at that time. Subsequently the problem returned and the dealer managed to get Acura‘s approval to make the repair even though it was past warranty. Many thanks to Bryan, Service Manager and Michelle, Service Rep. We are so happy to have our new acura with the help one of thier staff. We're suppost to have a second hand but one of the staff suggested that its better to get a new one so we got the new one and We're s of thier staff. I’ve been going to Marin Acura for servicing since I got my Acura RDX here 4 years ago.
