Best car buying experience After visiting a competing Ford dealership and being very disappointed and not getting the level of service that they pay great money to advertise, W After visiting a competing Ford dealership and being very disappointed and not getting the level of service that they pay great money to advertise, We went to Flood Ford to purchase a 2017 Ford Pick up truck.Mike Coleman the sales mgr.went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase.Mike explained all the features of the vehicle and answered all our questions. The entire sales team through out the facility were very courteous and pleasant.Michelle Fontaine helped with setting appointment with Mike Coleman.Again a very good experience in dealing with Flood Ford.I would highly recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. More

He was extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating, I want to commend my sales representative Tyler, it was his first sale and he was AWESOME! He was extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating, His style of treating his client as he would want to be treated, making me feel at ease, and that he would do all he could to help me get the automobile I really wanted, without the sales pressure that you receive at most dealerships, is his greatest asset as a sales representative as is his friendly and open hearted manner. I hope he never loses this style of being able to put himself in his clients shoes, knowing that purchasing an automobile is a very stressful situation, and that trying to obtain what you really want as a customer is very important. I'd rate Tyler at 10+. More

If I knew it was going to be this easy I would have bought sooner – I went on-line reserved the car, made one visit to the dealer - had the test drive and made the deal. New 2015 Ford Explorer XLT My buying experience at Flood Ford was excellent. It was my first time to this dealer after moving to Rhode Island from Connecticut. I will positive My buying experience at Flood Ford was excellent. It was my first time to this dealer after moving to Rhode Island from Connecticut. I will positively be a returning customer. I was contacted via email, very quickly by Michelle Fontaine. I was put in contact with Mike Coleman. Mike was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the new Explorers. We talked about my using the Ford X-Plan several times in the past. Mike arrived at a price that was lower than the current X-Plan would have given. We had taken a test drive and I was very impressed. I wanted the towing package so we had to place an order. The Explorer arrived in about 6 weeks. The transaction portion of the delivery process with John was very quick and painless. It was much quicker and more efficient than this part of the process that I experienced in the past. The explanation of the features was very detailed and well done by Mike Coleman. In conclusion, I am very satisfied and happy with my entire experience at Flood Ford of East Greenwich, RI. More

Too Much to Say in So Few Words John DeRobbio was an absolute gentleman. He went above and beyond to make sure I had a 100% understanding of the contract I was entering into. He was also very patient with my trying different vehicles while trying to make an educated decision on the vehicle I wanted to buy. As of this moment I would certainly do business with John DeRobbio again and would be more than happy to refer other customers to John if I know of anyone in need of purchasing a new or used vehicle. Michelle Fontaine kept in constant contact with me through email from the time I indicated that I was interested in leasing a vehicle until the time the purchase was made. She is very persistent in keeping communications open. Kudos to Michelle. Joseph Pezza stayed beyond his regular work day on a Friday before a long weekend to put together the financing so that I could have the vehicle that same evening. Now that says a lot for an employee. Also, I can’t let it go unsaid about how Mike Whyte in the service department went above and beyond the call of duty also when my 2010 Ford Explorer was being repaired. He made sure I had another vehicle to use while I was on vacation and my vehicle was in for repair. He did not know me. I was not a customer of Flood Ford in the past. I could not get any other Ford dealerships to take my car for over 2 weeks because everyone was overbooked with recalls. He took my vehicle in when others wouldn’t and while I was not able to have my vehicle repaired when I needed it, he did make sure I had a vehicle to use in place of it. Mike is a credit to the service department of Flood Ford and puts the Customer in "Customer Service". More
