Took my car in for service at Raceway Kia of Conshohocken and was genuinely impressed. The team was professional, timely, and kept me informed throughout. I have been going to Raceway Kia for over 6 years. Yesterday on 10/9/23, I was there for a scheduled oil change for which I waited 3 hours for completion. I was originally told that it would take abou Yesterday on 10/9/23, I was there for a scheduled oil change for which I waited 3 hours for completion. I was originally told that it would take about an hour and 45 minutes to 2 hours by an associate whose name was Kelly Bolden. I usually work with Lynn who is fantastic. After 2 hours of waiting, I approached the desk to inquire about the wait, as people who entered the waiting room after me came and left. Kelly told me that she put in a time for the oil change to be completed, but it wasn't finished and that I would have to wait an additional 20 minutes. Kelly told me that she would knock some money off the price of the oil change for the wait and asked if I still wanted the complimentary carwash. After another 20 minutes, I was so frustrated because my car still was not done, and I told her to forget the carwash and just bring me my car. The price of the oil change was only discounted $15 for the additional hour that I had to wait-- without the car even being washed. This was an insult and showed no value for my time! Minimum wage at Amazon & Wawa starts at $15 an hour, and I think my time is more valuable. In addition the service sticker that was placed on my windshield to remind me when to get my car service again read "Next Service Due Date: 04/09/20" when it's 2023 right now. My invoice number is 94111. I usually don't have any problems with customer service which is why I haven't posted a review to YELP. More

No proof Simoniz GlassCoat was ever applied after paying $700 for it. They claim to have applied it "over" or "around" an instruction sticker on a high use location on the tailgate. The reality is, they exp $700 for it. They claim to have applied it "over" or "around" an instruction sticker on a high use location on the tailgate. The reality is, they expect blind trust and for consumers to just really want the warranty, not the actual protective coating. Zero trust by talking with multiple people at Murray Kia IF it was applied, zero ownership to having not applied it properly. So much negativity and arrogance from this place! If you want it done correctly, if you'd like it without a hassle and arrogant attitudes, go somewhere else. I've escalated legally to sort it out, while no one there hears the real problem. More

Had a appointment at 8:30 for inspection and oil change i called at 1:00 was told it would be another two hours told them I’ll take it somewhere else. Second time I had bad experience with there service dep called at 1:00 was told it would be another two hours told them I’ll take it somewhere else. I love my new 2021 Kia Seltos. At first I was worried about purchasing a car during the COVID 19 outbreak, however Murray Kia made everything easy. Best dealer ship in the area is the 4th Kia we have purchased from Murray Kia. The are wonderful. Starting with your first step in the showroom. Receptionist is sweet. The gave us all the info we needed to make a decision on our purchase. Service department, they are wonderful. Always give you all the information you need. I recommend Murray Kia to everyone. Go there and you will leave with a KIA.... Great cars and dealership they are the best. More

Michelle in the service department is great! We always have a wonderful experience with Michelle Fister in your Kia service department. She has the best customer service skills. She works her butt off to provide the very best experience. She treats you like family. She never forgets who you are and knows everything about you. She is always happy, nice, personable, honest, caring and just a funny gal. There ought to be more Michelle's in the world. She would make a fantastic trainer for your new employees. We also enjoyed Roger O'Kane as our sales guy. He was great. He was very knowledgeable. He didn't hard sell us which I appreciate. He just calmly explained everything to us and answered all our questions and concerns. I would highly recommend your dealership along with Michelle and Roger to all my friends and family. We love our KIA. Thank you and keep up the good work! I'm still waiting for the survey to be emailed to me so I can complete it and return. When do you send those out? How many days after servicing the car? More
