It was my first service since buying my vehicle. I made an appointment for an oil change and thought that with an appointment it would be a quick turn around. I waited 2 hours for it to be completed. I was surprised by that. I've never had to wait that long for a scheduled service before. But I'm new to Nissan. Maybe that's typical.

My issue with the dealership is charging credit card usage fees which is very unfair to the customer. That is ridiculous, after charging shop supplies fees. It is unacceptable!!! I think I should get refunded the credit card fees.
