I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership. I am a repeat customer, and one would think I would be treated well. It has been nearly four months since I requested the warranty refund on the eTro I am a repeat customer, and one would think I would be treated well. It has been nearly four months since I requested the warranty refund on the eTron I had for only 7 months. I was told it would take 45 days. This is an unacceptable way to treat a customer who has spent hard earned money at this dealership. The GM completely brushed me off, not even as much as an apology. All I get from the finance department is a bunch of excuses. I am owed around $2k, and despite constant inquiries, have no solid reason why I don’t have my money back. Buyer beware. More

Michaela and her manager did an awesome job getting me the best lease deal on a q5 that 3 other dealerships couldn’t beat. To top it off they delivered the q5 and picked up my q3 trade in even though I the best lease deal on a q5 that 3 other dealerships couldn’t beat. To top it off they delivered the q5 and picked up my q3 trade in even though I lived over 2 hours away. The deal was so convenient to my busy schedule! Will for sure be back for a q4 soon! More
