Sunrise Volkswagen is probably the worst dealership I have ever did business with when purchasing and owning a brand new car. I am not sure if it is only this particular dealership or Volkswagen in gener have ever did business with when purchasing and owning a brand new car. I am not sure if it is only this particular dealership or Volkswagen in general. They, like all the other dealerships, make promises and cannot deliver. I’ve had 3 issues with my 2024 Tiguan within 7 months. They were able to correct 1 of them, simply because it was a recall issue. The other problem was escalated to Volkswagen headquarters after the service department could not even begin to find the problem. After speaking with a “specialist” at Volkswagen headquarters for over 6 months the problem still exists because Volkswagen is clueless. The current problem I have has not been resolved either. I took the car to the dealership on 2/12/25 and I finally reached out to them on 2/21/25 to check the status since I had not heard anything from them since I took the car in. I was not surprised when the service advisor told me they could not determine the problem and they might have to escalate it to a Master Technician from Volkswagen. I am not sure about the knowledge of the technicians at Sunrise, but the entire service department seems clueless when I’ve taken my car in. Not only can they not service my car, the customer service is lacking as well. To get no updates for over a week and have to call them is not what I expect in a business providing customer service. To purchase a brand new car and pay good money and not get service is very disappointing. The problem that was addressed first has to do with the navigation system not working. This is a feature that I paid for when I purchased the car. This is a problem with Volkswagen and their product. They are selling cars with faulty equipment to people. I have tried approaching the salesman manager, but of course they are of no help. The sales department only knew you when they were making the deal and once the deal was sealed, they were through. I have owned several makes and models of cars throughout my years. I have NEVER experienced issues such as these and to get no answers or resolutions is just not right and very frustrating. I would never own another Volkswagen product and I would not recommend Sunrise Volkswagen to anyone. I basically paid money for a car with features that don’t perform and I dealt with a dealership that cannot resolve their products issues. More

The communication is good, however it could be more informative. I bought a car online and had it shipped. Before I had it sent I asked if it had any dents or chips, because I thought I saw what looked informative. I bought a car online and had it shipped. I was told that there were no chips, but my observation of the picture was made valid when I received the car. Other than that it was a real good experience. More
