Mike was super patient, knowledgeable friendly with us as we test drove and sat in many many vehicles until we found the right one for our family. He made jokes with our daughter, brought her snacks and made we test drove and sat in many many vehicles until we found the right one for our family. He made jokes with our daughter, brought her snacks and made us all feel right at home. Keith and Joe were great in financing.. Keith bent over backwards to give us the best deal we could possibly find.. Even going so far as to stay late after hours, and coming in on days off just to make sure that we were well taking care of. Definitely will come back! More

The initial purchase was simple, but that is expected considering they are car salesman. But that is where their skills and knowledge end, at the bare minimum. Any issues with your car registration and t considering they are car salesman. But that is where their skills and knowledge end, at the bare minimum. Any issues with your car registration and title at the DMV are met with gross incompetence from every individual you have the pleasure of wasting time with. First, you call the dealership and press 5 to be transferred over to title and registration, only to find out it is an invalid number. You have to recall the dealership again and enter the extension for sales where they state accounting is the department you need to speak with, only to find out accounting is not the department responsible. So you have to call the dealership, enter the sales extension again, and explain the other salesman you previously spoke with provided the incorrect information. You are told over the phone that you need to get in touch with O'meara Ford and talk to Misty. You're transferred to Misty and are "shocked" to find out she isn't the person you need to talk to. According to Misty, the only person in both dealerships that can help you is Laura Lee. You are transferred to Luara Lee, who tells you with all her wisdom and expertise that the dealership can not do anything, and you have to contact the DMV where they sent the information, in my case, Adams County DMV. Here's the fun part, when you reach the DMV, you are told only the dealership can request a return form so they can send back the paperwork. It's a good thing colorado is a one-consent state, and my business phone conversations are recorded because I wouldn't believe between two car dealerships, not one person is capable of doing their job.
