Made sure that my car was not covered under warranty - spoke to the agent without my consent and against my wishes - would not let me switch service advisors. Best thing I did was leave! I am from out of state and my Jeep was making a funny noise I stopped in and the young lady that helped me was great ( I have forgotten her name) they did not find anything wrong with the jeep but it di noise I stopped in and the young lady that helped me was great ( I have forgotten her name) they did not find anything wrong with the jeep but it did have a recall they fixed.
