I bought an 2024 Chevy 2500 utility truck and within the first 60 days my brakes failed, I brought the truck in they kept it way over 30 days stating it would be good to go once I got it back. Mind you the first 60 days my brakes failed, I brought the truck in they kept it way over 30 days stating it would be good to go once I got it back. Mind you the whole time I’m waiting for my one work truck they put me in a sedan and I had to make a big deal about it before they tried to remedy and even still they put me in a truck I couldn’t do any work in. Then I get my truck back and it broke down same problem again two days later they kept it over two weeks then did the same xx and put me in a car I couldn’t t use and gave me the run around on getting it before hand. Then the truck broke down a third time same issue and they did the same thing to me again the whole time no one from the dealership reached out to help remedy the situation and even had someone harassing me about my loaner truck not being turned in right away when they did finally fix my truck. So needless to say I would never recommend buying anything work related from these guys they cost me thousands in lost work and time and didn’t flinch to hand me a bill for a tire that got scraped. They’re a terrible dealership and have no customer service especially for the people in the trades who are buying the expensive vehicles. More
