I was lured into the dealership when they shared the window sticker with me, and then, one I arrived, I was told there was a $15k markup over sticker on the car. Really bad sales practice. More

My purchase experience with Michael Tesh at Audi Beverly Hills is extremely terrible and disappointing. Michael is dishonest about the vehicle condition and previous repairs, and trying to cover up these fl Hills is extremely terrible and disappointing. Michael is dishonest about the vehicle condition and previous repairs, and trying to cover up these flaws when I about to sign the final paperwork. 1) Michael told me over the phone the vehicle is under a minor recall (a plastic piece is missing from the interior). When I drove 500 miles from San Francisco to LA for the final purchase, Michael told me the entire transmission is replaced due to an internal issue. Michael cheated me on such critical repairs before I came to the dealership for the final paperwork. 2) Michael lied to me about the car's condition. Michael told me the car is “new”, and was never drove off the lot, and the previous client just cancel the order (and that’s why the car is showing as “used” in registration). Instead, when I about the sign the paperwork, I discovered the car was actually drove off the dealer for few days before unwinding the vehicle (the entire story was told by another sales manager, and Michael was trying to cover these story up to push me sign the paperwork ASAP). 3) Michael also lied about vehicle warranty. Michael told me the warranty is starting at the point of my purchase. Instead, the warranty is started almost 2 months ago. I will ask my friends and family to avoid Audi Beverly Hills for any purchase and services. I deeply disappointed for my purchase experience. More

It was 3 years ago when I coincidentally passed by Audi Beverly Hills and left the dealership driving a brand new A3. At my second day in LA I needed a vehicle, and I passed by Lexus where they didn’t want Beverly Hills and left the dealership driving a brand new A3. At my second day in LA I needed a vehicle, and I passed by Lexus where they didn’t want my business, so I kept walking and after a few blocks Audi crossed my path. Also, I never had an Audi before and I already got my second one now. At that time I had just moved to a new state and a new city. Then, Steven made sure I was leaving happy with my new car. After this I referred him with some friends and clients and they don’t regret it. Last weekend, me and my family went to get our new car and the customer service was beyond our expectations. They made sure we were taking the car we wanted and the one we needed. As I consider myself, a complicated client, Brian was really patient with me and took the time to explain all the features on my new Q5e. He showed utter professionalism and as a sales professional he has a great future. Moreover, Michael and Hessam did everything in their power for me to get to a great deal according to my finances. Finally, I recommend Audi Beverly Hills to everyone because they deliver top class service. PS: Once you drive an Audi, these cars become an addiction. More

Horrible individual, bad temper, rude and not polite, He has ZERO respect for the client and I can see that I am not the only one to be chocked by his behaviour here..This guy is really agressif and has NO has ZERO respect for the client and I can see that I am not the only one to be chocked by his behaviour here..This guy is really agressif and has NO understanding and will do his best to make you feel insignificant and unconformable. He also said that he prefers to make more money by selling his cars on auction rather that selling to his clients. He hasn't decent flexibility with his prices. I prefer to with my money to an other company. I will never come back there. More

This man had the worse behaviour I ever experienced. Not only he belittled my partner telling him his was a bad “client” as he didn’t even remember that my partner bought a car the previous week in his shop only he belittled my partner telling him his was a bad “client” as he didn’t even remember that my partner bought a car the previous week in his shop but he had a MISOGYNIST misconduct toward me. While I was asking questions about the car that I wanted to purchase, he turned to my partner and talked in an other language to him ( Farsi, as my partner is Iranien) and evinced me completely from the conversation. Just because I was a woman and he considered that I shouldn’t understand. It is my partner who kindly asked him to come back to English as it wasn’t respectful. This attitude is not acceptable, especially in a country like America and first as a client and second as a woman. I have never experience such discriminatory attitude. More
