TERRIBLE communication, dishonest and overworked garage. When I called back to have my GMC Acadia repaired after issues with the spark plugs, faulty temperature gauge and squeaky brakes ranging over $1300 i When I called back to have my GMC Acadia repaired after issues with the spark plugs, faulty temperature gauge and squeaky brakes ranging over $1300 in repairs 5 MONTHS after buying it, I was met with unanswered phone calls and rude service agents. The service manager Ed Wallace told me he would help me out and give me a deal on repairs, only to cost me more money and valuable time. I rented a car for a Week waiting for my car to be fixed to NOT EVEN HAVE IT LOOKED AT. When I asked about my car that week, they did not reply for days and then said “we do not have any updates for you”. I kept reaching the voicemail boxes and then called on restricted and got an actual person who was no help and was told “you will get a call back”. The service rep literally said he has 15+ cars that have been waiting a while that have not been serviced.. GIANT red flag. My GMC’s initial inspection was most likely poor quality due to the lack of staff or because their cars keep coming back with problems so the garage is full. Unless you want to be yelled at by the service manager Mike Tarasusik, I would highly recommend not buying from this company. He told me himself he had several service staff out… the service staff being the most important in a dealership. They do not provide you with a registration sticker and now I know why, they do not have the staff or capacity to review your car appropriately. It just goes to show that you can have patient, kind sales staff like Elliot Williams but all of that does not matter if they are selling you a car that needs repairs and NO QUALITY SUPPORT to repair it. Looking at other reviews, this is not isolated but a recurring issue. If you want a car dealership that actually has appropriate customer service, follows up, and ACTUALLY HELPS YOU, go somewhere else. More

Car was totalled and came in and was seen by Scott Dunn. Extremely personable and friendly guy Test drove a truck with him and I was taking it home within a few days. I purchased a 2021 GMC Canyon. Scott Dunn in the sales department made the sale easy and pretty quick. They gave me a fair value for my trade in. OUTSTANDING Experience! Scott Dunn is an EPIC Salesman, and was very honest, kind, and very knowledgeable about every vehicle we looked at. He helped us with our trade-in Scott Dunn is an EPIC Salesman, and was very honest, kind, and very knowledgeable about every vehicle we looked at. He helped us with our trade-in as well, and made sure we did not leave the facility without knowing EVERYTHING about the car! He offered to help us, at our HOME. if we had any follow-up questions!!! Who does that anymore??? We selected a Certified, Pre-owned, Buick Encore GX. We also spoke with the General Manager, (he did not identify himself and just stopped to "chit chat" with us about our Naval Service and such!). We thought he was "just a nice guy" buying a car as well, that just noticed my USS Forrestal hat that sat down to speak with us!, (found out later the next day who he was), Mike Tarasuik. We also dealt with Kendra. A very nice lady that helped us with the paperwork. Took less than 15 minutes, and we were done! Drove home with a spic & span "new" Buick Encore! We have never, ever, had such a great experience at a dealership. From stem to stern they were all happy, helpful, and Scott was concerned that we got the car we needed! More

I seldomly take the time to write reviews, but felt I needed to share. My experience from start to finish with Albrecht was flawless! My sales person was Gabe, and he was outstanding to work with f needed to share. My experience from start to finish with Albrecht was flawless! My sales person was Gabe, and he was outstanding to work with from the 1st interaction all the way through delivery! He understood what our needs were, was attentive & responsive, assisted us to locate a Yukon that had everything we wanted for options. Gabe is a true professional who is easy going, honest, and friendly. In addition to Gabe, Brian, Mike, Randy, and Kendra were also superb to interact and work with. They all played a role in assisting us with the trade and purchase. I am very happy I traveled to Wakefield to work with Gabe and the team! More
