Hello, Not super pleased with the overall experience at your dealership. Back and forth being right out lied to about the vehicles I was interested in. Finance was kind of a joke. To much goofing and not your dealership. Back and forth being right out lied to about the vehicles I was interested in. Finance was kind of a joke. To much goofing and not enough busines. Was never shown the purchase break down. ( my fault for not demanding it. And even offered to give the info that I knew was needed to seal the financing. Then bugger for a couple days for the info that was needed and that I had with me and even offered up. Was told one rate then not what it was supposed to be. Dent in the truck that was supposed to be taken care of , I made two appointments and drove to st augusting and both times got a story as to why no one was there to take care of it. So agreed to have it done mobile at my home. And to be honest the dents are still there. Not at all happy with Bozard and the over all experience. Will not be back for another vehicle and will not recommend to anyone. Thanks for your time and thank you for wasting so much of my valuable time and money away from work. To have been wasted on several trips back there. More
