He spent a lot of time with us driving different vehicles from new to used to determine what would be the perfect car for our daughter. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the Mini models. We also dealt with both Santos and Michael in negotiating the final deal on the 2017 Mini Clubman S. Both were professional and straight forward. We worked with AJ Clarke on the financing. She was very helpful and even took the extra time to explain financing to our 17 year old daughter. We felt it was time to make a change, and my wife wanted a new mini convertible. Sarah, and the other people we dealt with at the dealership were excellent and Could not have been more helpful. I was told that Mini will not give me the $500 loyalty ownership discount unless I were to finance the vehicle. I wanted to write a check, which I did but was not allowed a loyalty discount. This makes absolutely no sense to me, and I am not very happy about this since we have been loyal owners, and recommended minis to Numerous friends and family. Other than that one glitch, I was extremely happy with the handling, and sale of the vehicle. More

The Mini broke down and had it towed to Ferman and after 4000 in repairs, the car drove great, but 3 to 4 months later the timing changed broke causing more problems. After taking it back to Ferman a bigger bill. Service, sales and Mike the GSM saw I was very upset and tried to help. Well they did, being on disability they did what it took to get me a new Mini 16 with warranty. Thank you so much staff, you are family now More
