Prior to going, we first spoke with Michael Stanton regarding our trade as we almost did not come in. He calmly discussed the process and we came in. We met Sara and her knowledge (starting with the pre video she emailed of the car) was amazing. Very sincere and gave great tips from personal experiences. We let he know the numbers we needed in order to make the deal work and everyone (sale, trade-in, finance) worked together to obtain a very fair transaction. The process was quick and it was extremely refreshing leaving the dealership with the feeling that everyone did their best to ensure we were satisfied. Great job everyone! More
