Drove 3 hours to work with the BEST I have been searching for a vehicle during this COVID-19 craziness. I live in Springfield Il.....yes 3 hours away from Sunrise Chevrolet!!! I went t I have been searching for a vehicle during this COVID-19 craziness. I live in Springfield Il.....yes 3 hours away from Sunrise Chevrolet!!! I went to another dealership 1.5 hours away from my house at 1st, and it was an absolute terrible experience and a waste of 3 hours of my life. I continued my search and found a vehicle at Sunrise. I was put in contact with Mike Solare, what an OUTSTANDING person. Listen, not many people like the back and forth bartering over the price of a car. None of that with Mike. Again I am 3 hours away!!!! Mike and I spoke about every other day, for about a week and a half, until I could get up to the dealership. During that week and a half, Mike did everything in his power to be sure I knew EVERYTHING about the vehicle I was interested in, so I would not repeat my previous waste of time. He sent me additional pictures of the interior, the wheels, even pictures of any of the slightest little scratches that he could find, so there was no surprises when I arrived. I went through my loan process, and sent a down payment on this vehicle BEFORE I EVEN SAW IT IN PERSON, OR TEST DROVE IT!!!! I then received a follow up e-mail from Daniel Kurtz, the executive manager of the dealership, before I went to pickup my vehicle. I praised his team, especially Mike, and thanked him for the professional treatment as a customer. He actually volunteered to have his team meet me half way to deliver my new vehicle, and pick up my trade in!!!!!! Anything to make my day easier.......I declined the offer only because I wanted to see some family that live a half hour from the dealership. I will definitely look to purchase more vehicles from Sunrise and Mike in the future. I am willing to drive 3 hours knowing I will be treated fairly, and not looked at as a tick mark on a white board in the sales room!!!! Great Job Mike and Sunrise Chevrolet!!!!!! More

I came in looking for a new car, as my lease was soon ending. Mike took the time to look over the car, show there is no damage, which a lot of salesman I’ve been to don’t do. I was having major car issu Could not be HAPPIER with Sunrise Chevy, It all started with my 2016 chevy cruze that I had purchased from Zeigler Chevy. I was having major car issues, Called Zeigler for service and they said they could not get me in for 3 days, what?. Called Sunrise and Jim Finch in Service was not only very helpful he got me in immediately with a rental waiting. I was sold, this is where I will always take my business. From that and driving my Cruze for an additional yr. I was ready to upgrade for a bigger car. Not wanting new again, I opted for used. What other place than SUNRISE!. I know I can count on their service. Mike Solare was very informative as well with all the vehicles. Having ALL Car fax's ready when I entered the dealership with the vehicles I wanted to test drive.. I will refer EVERYONE I KNOW to you guys!. Again could not be HAPPIER!! Great Experience! I went to the dealer for service on my old vehicle and turns out it wasn’t good news so I bought a new one. I’ve always dreaded buying a new vehicle b I went to the dealer for service on my old vehicle and turns out it wasn’t good news so I bought a new one. I’ve always dreaded buying a new vehicle but with Mike it’s painless! He was extremely helpful and very easy to deal with. There was no standing over your shoulder or hounding me he actually listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and he more than found the best fit for me and my family. Then the finance portion of it Bernardo made what usually is the second most painful portion of vehicle purchases so quick smooth and easy. Everyone was very friendly and nice I would recommend buying a vehicle from Mike Solare any day!! More
