Devastating experience. Lies, deception, and disappointment. Needed 2 vans for my business. After a mediocre sales experience, I bought 2 vans. Aside from small squibles l Lies, deception, and disappointment. Needed 2 vans for my business. After a mediocre sales experience, I bought 2 vans. Aside from small squibles like bad tire sensors I was ok with the vehicles. Then after one emission cycle on each vehicle, BOTH vans had check engine lights come on. One with a catalytic issue, the other with particulate filter and crankcase ventilation issues. At first they stated they'd take take of it, and kept one van for almost 2 months. Eventually I got it back, and again one emission cycle later the check engine lights were back on. Now they ghost me, and refuse to call back. The GM said he'd pay for the rental while the repair was getting done, now mysteriously he's not responding. This is a profoundly bad experience and is on the verge of putting my company out of business. I just want them to make it right, and do what they say they will. AVOID AT ALL COSTS ! !!!!! This place has EXTREMELY shady practices with their salesmen and mechanics. I drove 2 hours to look at a vehicle from this establishment, and th !!!!! This place has EXTREMELY shady practices with their salesmen and mechanics. I drove 2 hours to look at a vehicle from this establishment, and the car was absolutely destroyed. They let me test drive it with wires hanging everywhere, engine lines disconnected, and the bumper was not fastened and was broken. The car didn't even have a shift knob. The salesman, Michael, was 100% trying to take advantage of buyers and would have sold the car to me for 15,000 dollars if I did not have knowledge about cars. The fact that the mechanics authorized this car to be sold in such an unsafe condition is scary. The salesman let me drive 2 hours to see the car without telling me any of the information about the vehicle and they are not accommodating me by reimbursing my gas for the trip. On top of that, management will not get back to me about my experience, and when i spoke to a manager about the car, he seemed completely dismissive and uninterested that car is on their lot in this condition. I am repulsed, disgusted, and baffled by the experience I had and as I was walking out, a LOT of cars on the lot were also damaged and I feel for any people that they scam into thinking their cars are safe and able to be bought for their outrageous prices (1900 dealer fee).
