This has been the absolute best car deal I’ve ever encountered in a very long time. Firas, was PATIENT, UNDERSTANDING, EXTREMELY PLEASANT, and EXTREMELY HELPFUL in explaining everything to me from sta encountered in a very long time. Firas, was PATIENT, UNDERSTANDING, EXTREMELY PLEASANT, and EXTREMELY HELPFUL in explaining everything to me from start to finish. I’m someone who asks questions (a lot of them), but he listened to every one going over in detail each answer. Granted, I started the deal process on 6/16/23, after a few phone calls/text messages between Firas and Mike (general sales manager) we had come to an agreement. On 6/1723, I arrived (had to wait a few minutes), but Firas greeted me, and got the key to my soon to be new car, and said “go check it out”. While he was finishing up with the guest he was helping, he and I went on the test drive. After getting back, all I had to do was sign the paperwork and seal the deal. I met Mike in the meantime, just as everything I mentioned about Firas, Mike was the same. Overall, I don’t regret ANYTHING, I made an excellent decision, Mike, Firas, and whoever else was involved in the decision making process, I want to thank you so very much. I was already a customer through service with the car I traded in, but now for certain I’m going to be a customer for life!!!!! Thank you again Southside Kia for going above and beyond my expectations!!! More

The GSM at this dealership took it upon himself to formally notify Kia Finance that they had purchased by leased vehicle and had the vehicle in their possession and that I did own the Car as of that d formally notify Kia Finance that they had purchased by leased vehicle and had the vehicle in their possession and that I did own the Car as of that date ( Feb, 4, 2022 ). This is a LIE, I did not even come anywhere close to selling this car to him ( Mike Seich ), The car is driven every day my myself, AND because of this man's UNTRUTHFUL actions, I can not sell MY car to another Kia Store and am in fact being held hostage by this person and his Dealership, I NEEDED the proceeds from this sale at that time and he has still not taken care if this very sad situation, If anyone can help me find a proper Attorney to handle this, I would greatly appreciate it. More

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!! They are liars I am getting an attorney I will not allow them to do This to other people. They are trying to charge me more than the sticker price on the vehicle. When I go to the dealership they include documents that were not in the original package But now all of a sudden when I complain they have these additional documents. They are crooks do not purchase a vehicle here. My attorney will be moving forward and I will update my post as I go. I have messages that say please come into the dealership and sign more documents your deal is not finalized then all of a sudden it’s finalized without my signature scam artist. I wonder how many people they really take advantage of and get away with it. More
