Michael is a superstar customer service rep. Unfortunately my Trail Boss had an issue that is well discussed in the internet / Reddit but not known by Chevy. My radio will go mute with all sounds (including blinkers etc) and the only way to get sound on is to stop, shut down, and restart, OR to stop long enough to do a software restart in safe mode. Very unfortunate that Chevy can't figure this issue out. Michael kept the vehicle for a second look and will keep fingers crossed that perhaps the software update helped, but it didn't last time. More
