Couldn't have made the transaction harder for an out of state buyer. Let me start by saying the sales person I was finally handed off to, Big Mike was GREAT!! If I was rating my experience with him I w state buyer. Let me start by saying the sales person I was finally handed off to, Big Mike was GREAT!! If I was rating my experience with him I would say he was one of the best sales people I have worked with and I have purchased a number of cars in my time. Wilde Toyota has an absolute gem in Big Mike as a salesperson! For the sales manager's Randy and Eric they were not helpful and rarely returned any phone calls. When I arrived after flying all night to buy the car, did they greet me? No. I could see them at their desks. Did they return my many phone calls? Eric never did and Randy only after I called back multiple times trying to put this deal together. The quick story is I live in WA state and was looking for a very specific used Acura MDX which Wilde Toyota had at a great price. Due to the clean CarFax report and buying from a large reputable dealership I was fine buying the car sight unseen and I am a full cash buyer. I have done this before without any issue. I called wanting to buy the car and was told no I have to be in person to buy they car. I couldn't believe it in today's world I have to still be in person since I would have to arrange for shipping at my expense they simply would have to give the transport company the key to the car after they are paid and that's it! I said I would have to fly to WI and if that is the case can I put money down to hold the car so it doesn't sell before I get there. No is the answer. Again I couldn't believe it. I am a full cash buyer and would have been willing to commit to buying the car. My last ditch effort was to have them call me before the store closed to tell me the car hadn't been sold so I could then buy a plane ticket that night to fly there to be there in the morning which is what happened. Big Mike, THANK YOU for being so welcoming and helpful throughout the process! For Wilde Toyota management, I would ask you re-think your policies as companies like CarMax, Vroom, and many others are going continue to take marketshare from dealerships. Eric and Randy, I would ask you to read yourself the print out Wilde Toyota has at each salesperson's desk about the value of the customer and how you want them to be treated. Big Mike came through in flying colors but I would love you to lead by example. More

The Toyota Wilde dealership was overall great to work with! Everyone was very helpful and informative! I had ordered my car with another car salesman, but he had retired during the 4 months it took to with! Everyone was very helpful and informative! I had ordered my car with another car salesman, but he had retired during the 4 months it took to arrive (at no fault to the dealership of course). When the car arrived, Big Mike took over the process seamlessly. He was well informed about everything I had discussed with the previous salesman and was an overall pleasure to work with! Ian, a manager, was also very helpful during the process. He called to give me updates during the process and made sure everything was in order when the car finally arrived! In the financing department I dealt with Noman - he was very thorough explaining everything and was not overly pushy trying to upsell me. He helped me get my payments where I wanted them to be! More

Water damage to engine not disclosed Purchased an '18 Toyota Sienna in April of 2020 from Wilde. Van was not certified, as there is an outstanding recall which Toyota doesn't have a fix Purchased an '18 Toyota Sienna in April of 2020 from Wilde. Van was not certified, as there is an outstanding recall which Toyota doesn't have a fix for at this time. A few days ago, while in FL with the vehicle (May 2020), the check engine light came on. We took it in to a Toyota dealership in Venice, FL, where we learned an O2 sensor on the vehicle went out. Being we had the vehicle for little over a month, we called Wilde Toyota to see if they would cover the cost to replace it. In speaking with a manager, they indicated they wouldn't cover the cost, as the vehicle was past the 3 year or 36,000 mile warranty. Vehicle had a little over 37,000 miles when purchased. In checking Car Fax, an O2 sensor was replaced by Wilde in approximately January of 2020. It is unknown if this is the same sensor that went out. The service technician in FL also told us, via Toyota service records, the engine had sustained water damage. The damaged parts of the engine were replaced at a Toyota dealership in CT. This information was NOT disclosed by Wilde Toyota. The Car Fax provided at the time of sale did not indicate the engine was fixed due to water damage, If a technician in FL had access to this info, Wilde would have, also. Even though the engine was repaired at a Toyota dealership, we never would have purchased it, had we known this. Who knows what else may go wrong down the line, due to the damage. While we had an excellent experience with salesman "Big Mike" Seawright, we will never purchase a vehicle from Wilde again. We will be using Venice Toyota in FL for all our service needs, as the vehicle will mainly be kept there. They even covered the cost of the O2 sensor, as “it was the right thing to do.” More
