Purchasing my 2019 Audi, in 2020 was one of the greatest experiences I’ve had, especially during such a pivotal time in my life. I came into this process carrying the weight of life’s ebbs and flows, obstacles, and hurdles that seemed impossible to overcome. I was at a low point—feeling lied to, defeated, and struggling to find my worth after facing so many challenges. I explained my situation to Mike, and he treated me with compassion, understanding, and respect. This car became more than just a vehicle to me. It’s a reminder that, despite how others perceive me or the hardships I face, I am capable. Even when jobs fail me or circumstances knock me down, I can look at my car and say, I earned this.
