Everyone there was so nice and friendly, and made the atmosphere of purchasing a vehicle, very calming. But I must speak of one individual that made the beginning and ending of my journey there, a great success. Mr. Cristian Hernandez, "my new grandson", made me feel like I was someone special. I was very nervous going into this process, but he assured me that he would take care of me during and after the process. He's a very personable young man, and so sweet to his customers. He listened to my needs to make sure he understood what I needed. I have to say, I'm very skeptical about car salesman, but this young man changed my perspective, that not all salesmen are the same. HE'S A GREAT EXAMPLE OF THAT! I'm very happy we've crossed paths. If you are in the market of purchasing a new vehicle, Executive Kia is your place. Went to the dealership last week to look at the new Sorento. We were greeted by Ouafaa what a great lady so nice. She had no problem bringing us any car we wanted to see.when looking at the car we liked I saw a dent in the driver side door she immediately got the sales manager Mike and he made a phone call and within 10 minutes there was a guy there to pick the car up to fix it With service like that how can you not buy a car from them. So when we picked up the car we were so impressed with the dealership that we ended up buying 2 sorento’s.All the staff at this dealership makes you feel like family Thankyou again for a wonderful experience More
