Warning beware of Brighton Motors. There are big liar. I purchase 2016 X5 4/12/2024 $17,500.00 when I talk to sales man (Kenny Deitert) he told me everything up to date and even brand There are big liar. I purchase 2016 X5 4/12/2024 $17,500.00 when I talk to sales man (Kenny Deitert) he told me everything up to date and even brand new tire ,they cannot sale any vehicle without any inspection. When I come to pick up the vehicle and want see the vehicle Kenny Say still is service center and then rush me to pay, after bring the vehicle closing time I check the vehicle and see back set pocket is broken, I show to them Kenny told me he going send check. He never did. Now problem is arise big time when I drive home brake light warning is on and oil sign is on .next day I take to mechanic I get big surprise he check nothing was done need complete brake work and oil change air filter cabin filter. I have all picture and invoice how much money I have spend.do not trust this dealer ship. everything they says was big lie. I am going to report BBB. More

I bought a truck ford f350, i was not told about a 900 fee for cleaning and detailing the truck, when the truck was delivered it was not clean nor detailed, the radio was not working the truck cab is dama fee for cleaning and detailing the truck, when the truck was delivered it was not clean nor detailed, the radio was not working the truck cab is damaged on top by the light one inch gap between the light and the cab so when it rains everything gets wet inside the truck, the dealer still has one of the truck keys and the sales person (Quinton) keeps telling me that he is going to send it and nothing yet, talked with the sales manager about this issues and he said he was going to call me back I am still waiting 11 days latter, I’ve been calling and they said that the manager is not there or the call goes to voice mail left messages no call back yet. I been trying to solve these issues with them and they just keep avoiding me, I know I bought a used truck but the condition the truck was deliver is just not acceptable after being charged for a service that was not provided, the key they refused to send to me and the damage on the truck. More

This place is a joke. Let me start with the transmission went out on the truck after having it one month. The ignition box behind the back seat went out at six months. That part was over $1000 and the transmission was $7500. Now recently the covers they put over the rocker panels and bed wheel wells fell off we didn't know they were aftermarket everything is rotted out. We owe $17k and it's only valued at $6k. The drivers side running board is falling and found that what was covering the underside was also hiding rust rot. The truck is falling apart, they scammed us. Sold us a covered up xxx rust bucket for a butt load of money. Byers Be Ware. I would steer clear of this place they are not professional and do not sell good vehicles. JUNK xxx RUST PILES. This xxx will not live until the end of the loan. I don't know about anyone else, but we work hard for what little we have. We can't afford to buy new, and to be taken advantage of like this is underhanded, illegal and frankly very unprofessional. More

I got the vehicle I wanted, however, the folks at the dealership didn’t follow their commitments. We had in writing which I signed at the closing table, to replace the front brakes. One would generally a dealership didn’t follow their commitments. We had in writing which I signed at the closing table, to replace the front brakes. One would generally assume that means brake pads and rotors given the rotors on the truck are warped. It took me numerous calls just to find out exactly what they did. Turns out they just lubed the front guide pins, which didn’t resolve the issue. It seems like they want to do things as cheap as possible to protect their overhead. Instead of taking care of the client. I always take things objectively and did so with their past reviews. At this point I wouldn’t be surprised if they were true. I did call the dealership twice and left a voicemail for the manager who never called me back. Furthermore I asked for my license plate to be mailed to my home address and they called and told me it was at the dealership. When I called back they wanted to charge me to ship it to my house, eventually it was sent out with no charge but not after a short battle. This dealership was over one hour away from me and going back & forth is wasting significant time. Despite the fact that they didn’t honor their contract/agreement with the brakes. I gave them a chance to redeem themselves and sadly that wasn’t the case. I can’t say I would ever purchase anything from them again or refer friends & family. More

Kaelyn was a fantastic salesperson. They had gumption to get to know me and the drive to find a vehicle that mostly fit my needs and desires all within the budget I set. Kaelyn was attentive, listened well and patient with my decision process. She kept in contact with me while also abiding my boundaries for when to call or contact me with follow-up questions. Paul was the finance person. He was friendly but forward and a little pushy. However, HE DID NOT STOP UNTIL HE FOUND THE BEST FINANCING FOR ME. So while his personality could use a little tweaking, I was VERY impressed with his work ethic and would consider coming back in the future or telling others to check out Brighton Motors for a used car simply because of their work ethics. Note - The car had a defect when I drove off, and they did not hesitate to get a tow truck to me (45 minutes away) and get the problem fixed the same day. Fantastic service! More
