Genuine Compassionate Customer Service I have been a customer for 4 years. When I purchased my car one of my main concerns was what type of service would I receive from the Service departme I have been a customer for 4 years. When I purchased my car one of my main concerns was what type of service would I receive from the Service department. In my mind, this is the department that puts the icing on the cake. It determines how long your relationship will be and if you will buy another vehicle, especially since I was hesitant about buying a Kia in the first place. Reflecting on my experience the other day while my vehicle was been serviced, I can say the Service department truly exemplified their motto of “We treat you like family....” The kindness and respectfulness shown will never be forgotten by Dan. However, I must say within these four years, I have always received great service even with minor issues that were resolved very quickly. Actually, from my first visit with Sales, my experience with Finance, and any other departments I may have dealt with, I have always received good service. However, the Service department is making me become a true Kia lover. More
