I had a 6pm appointment and came at 530pm. They were very attentive and didn't make me wait until 6pm, I appreciate that effort. My favorite recollection of buying my new car with Ryan was when my family and I were waiting for an insurance call with Ryan and when I asked if I could see the Honda Civic since I haven't seen it prior to coming in, Ryan without a beat stepped out and brought the car around within minutes. I test drove another Honda Civic before but Ryan made sure I knew the key features and modes my 2021 Honda Civic Sport came along and that was reassuring. Our appointment ran pretty late and with that I appreciated the energy Ben gave us through all the finance paperwork. He made us comfortable in the office and made sure to get us the car and get home as soon as possible. (2hr drive back to Pleasanton) More
