He was always responsive, keeping me informed of the process as the car went through Porsche's certification inspection and repairs, sending me videos along the way. He saved me some $s by arranging for transport using his network, and followed up with me on the day of delivery (Sunday evening) to make sure everything was up to par. The car arrived short 1/3 a tank of gas, so he told me to just send him a photo of the receipt and he would take care of it. Small things like that (and his cool, green glasses) made the difference. Lee was also great to work with, making the out-of-state financial transaction pretty simple, or as simple as Cook County can make it! Lee presented me with some good options for extending the CPO warranty (CPO+1) and additional warranty plans. He made it a point to inform me, but not pressure me. In the end I picked up the CPO+1 and an additional package offered by Porsche, something I rarely do. In all, a great team to work with and I hope to return for a future purchase! More
