This dealership is a bait and switch organization. They listed a Nissan Sentra online for 20840. I went there specifically for this vehicle however when I arrived the sales team added almost 9k of ex They listed a Nissan Sentra online for 20840. I went there specifically for this vehicle however when I arrived the sales team added almost 9k of extra’s causing the new price to be over 29k and the salesman had somewhat of an attitude. They say the extra costs are identified in the small print in the disclaimer. Their justification for the price increase is the Jenkins package that they PUT ON ALL OF THEIR VEHICLES. If the package is on all of their vehicles then the online price should reflect it, don't bait a customer into the showroom and then tell them that they have no choice especially since the items in the Jenkins Package doesn't value up to what they are charging for it i.e. locking lugs $199 plus many more overpriced items. I will be reaching out to the BBB because I think they are posting a lot of vehicles the same way. They get you there and then hit you with the additional fees and cost. I spent 6 hours with a representative who showed me several vehicles. I explained what I was looking for and the price point I was looking for. At the end of the day, I was given the price of the vehic several vehicles. I explained what I was looking for and the price point I was looking for. At the end of the day, I was given the price of the vehicle I chose and told several ways that I as a consumer could lower my costs but never lowered the price of the vehicle to get to the place that I originally needed it to be. The sales manager came out and told me that it was a rainy night and he wanted to offer me a fantastic deal and I never saw that. Then another sales manager came out and was condescending because I didn't bring my husband with me and wanted to include him in the conversation of the fact that they wanted me to pay 7 years of car payments at a ridiculous rate in spite of a down payment and a trade in. It's not that I needed his permission, it was that I was honoring him with respect and including him in my decision. I did not need the condescending presentation by that sales manager. I did not purchase a vehicle from this dealer. More

We chose to buy a wonderful Nissan from this dealership. We've owned Nissans off and on for over 30 years. We're so thankful for the phone call from a nice young lady from Jenkins of Leesburg. The outcome allowed us to sell our cars and purchase another Nissan! The financing department through Robins was explained thoroughly. He was great! Left with no headaches and an upgrade!
