Wonderful experience I spoke with Scott over the phone, recommended by a previous employee, who listened to what my needs were in a vehicle and what my limits were. We spoke multiple times throughout the day and was able to get much done before I visited the dealership. Upon arrival Paul greeted me in a very friendly, professional manner. He was a pleasure to work with, as he was quite attentive and also listened to my needs. After test driving a car with Paul, Scott and also the owner Mike greeted me with smiling faces and really showed interest in me as an individual. We then met up with Eddie to discuss some concerns I had with the size of the vehicle. These 3 fellas piled into the back seat to give me a visual of how my passengers would fit in the backseat. Scott agreed that the first vehicle didn't quite fit what I was looking for. He recommended another and off on a test drive Paul and I went. I instantly loved the car and it seemed to be just what I was looking for. Paul was a treat to work with. Wonderful personality and knowledgeable about both vehicles I test drove. Arriving back at the dealership, Scott, Paul and Eddie all jumped in the backseat for another space check. I was ready to sign the papers. Vince was also very pleasant. He was very clear when explaining my paperwork and very friendly also. Eddie came out to reprogram my lock code and explained how to do it. Paul helped me clean out and carry the stuff out of my trade-in. Scott made sure to check a last time that all went great. All 3 salesmen thanked me multiple times for my purchase. I was truly impressed by the staff, from start to finish. The whole process ran so smoothly, greatest experience I have ever had buying, well....anything! More
