I needed to lease a car a few years back. It was covid times and there was limited options. Mike R was able to be patient and kind, as I navigated leasing for the first time. My lease was a few months out from expiring and Mike reached out. I enjoyed being able to text him asking questions. We came in for an oil change and to look at future options for my car or another lease. He was able to set me up with a new car for close to the same price as my current. It is a huge upgrade and he really helped me out. I appreciate how Mike has really helped me through the process and not been pushy at all. More
