Shane is absolutely the best! He stayed in constant communication with me about my car and tried his best to get the issue resolved as soon as they possibly could. And even though He stayed in constant communication with me about my car and tried his best to get the issue resolved as soon as they possibly could. And even though it was not possible, which was out of his control, he was transparent about the situation which allowed me to make other arrangements for transportation. This is the type of customer service that all organizations need and should require. I want to hire him for my company 😊. Again, great job! More

Loved the new app to track the status of the repair service. Michael was the best service representative I've ever worked with. He was friendly, a great listener and very knowledgeable. He kept you updated on the diagnosis and repair options. He treated me with respect and kindness. He is a true asset to this dealership. The availability of the shuttle to get to my car when it was ready was a real plus. Overall the customer service in the car repair area has significantly improved since my last visit.
