Everyone at the dealership made me feel at home. They were attentive and willing to work with me. Our service representative Michael, kept me well informed and texted me when my car was finished. Michael has always been professional and courteous. ...as ALL members of Starling have. I dropped my Jeep Wagoneer off at Starling (because I can't stand the customer service at Jeep dealership on Savan ...as ALL members of Starling have. I dropped my Jeep Wagoneer off at Starling (because I can't stand the customer service at Jeep dealership on Savannah hwy) and as soon as I got out of my car 2 service members welcomed me and asked if they could direct me to the proper place. I can't say enough about the service at Starling. While my car was being serviced, I was getting constant personal updates AND I got a ride home too. They go above and beyond and for that reason I will always take both my Tahoe as well as Wagoneer there. Thank you More

Michael Patenaude was very friendly and helpful, was able to make sure I was taken care of quickly and kept me informed throughout the process. They were quicker than expected getting my vehicle back to me to make sure I was taken care of quickly and kept me informed throughout the process.
