I scheduled an appointment to handle a few warranty items and an engine light that would turn on and off randomly. Shane provided excellent service. He kept me informed about my vehicle, including parts that and an engine light that would turn on and off randomly. Shane provided excellent service. He kept me informed about my vehicle, including parts that needed to be ordered and updates on the tasks being completed. He also helped return my vehicle to me as quickly as possible. He demonstrated that he valued my business. It was a pleasure working with Shane. More

It is shocking how good the customer service is at Sterling. Two examples - I bought a vehicle this past week. Norman Sasnett met us at the door. I’ve known Norman a long time and can genuinely say he Sterling. Two examples - I bought a vehicle this past week. Norman Sasnett met us at the door. I’ve known Norman a long time and can genuinely say he is exactly what he portrays. Knowledgeable. Super helpful. And - most importantly- straight-up. Honest. Real. He is the reason my wife and I went to Sterling this past week (December 2024). Justin Cohen and Norman made it incredibly easy and efficient. Another example - While we were waiting for paperwork, I posed a service-related question. Michael Patnaude was beyond helpful. Without getting into the details, Michael also went way above and beyond. Helped me out a lot. Overall - this is the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. To the owners of Sterling - hats off to your amazing staff. It is people like Norman, Justin, and Michael that make your dealership one of the best in South Carolina. More
