I had a little misunderstanding in the beginning with Mary, who took it in strides. Very happy we were able to clear it up. She was uber professional, very polite, solution oriented and customer focused. This continued with my experience with both John Reyes and Mike in finance. John was patient, efficient and just really on the ball. Mike was direct, to the point, very clear and all in all this team of 3 really made the deal! Less than 24 hours start to finish and my vehicle was delivered to me at John's suggestion once I told him that my son was immunocompromised. Really impeccable service. I would totally recommend! More
