The parts and service had to fix a mechanical problem with electronic control panel discovered on a test drive on a Saturday. The shop was notified Monday, express ordered out of town part, received Tues with electronic control panel discovered on a test drive on a Saturday. The shop was notified Monday, express ordered out of town part, received Tuesday and had car ready for sale turnover by Wednesday ! Well done ! More

When I purchased the car in cash, I paid $9500. 00 for the wrap. After the wrap was installed I found an invoice in the glove box that the wraps cost was $5000.00. When I inquired about it I was giv 00 for the wrap. After the wrap was installed I found an invoice in the glove box that the wraps cost was $5000.00. When I inquired about it I was given some fake story as to why that happened. So ok $4000.00 lost right off the bat. When I decided to sell back to Porsche after 8 months, I was told by my salesman that the packages that I bought from Porsche that I had not used would be looked at and some money would be returned. That didn’t happen. So I lost money working with this dealership. Lesson learned! More
