The sale was quick, comfortable, and I felt very satisfied with their honesty and sincerity. Michael O'Hare was our sales person, and he was so pleasant, and knowledgeable. I would definitely go back to him! The financial man, Richard Schiro, was also very pleasant and got right to the point. When we opted out of getting extra care maintenance, he wasn't pushy like the others have been. The Manager, Pinkal Patel was also very honest, and very helpful. After dealing with Acura on Rt.9 and putting up with all their garbage, it was heavenly to meet all these professionals. I highly recommend Toyota!! Thanks Guys for a wonderful experience! I picked up my 2014 RAV4 on Monday, 3/17/14. This is the second car that I have leased from DCHwappingers and will not be the last. This time I worked with Michael O'Hare and found him to be very friendly and very helpful. He found the RAV4 I wanted and kept me informed until it's delivery. Michael is very knowledgeable and took the time to connect my cell phone to the vehicle for hands free talking. I never used this feature before as I did not understand the technical setup. Thanks again Michael for taking the time and explaining all the features on the Radio. I look forward to seeing you when I bring the car in for it's first service. More

Mike O'Hare made the sale experience extremely pleasant and easy. He answered any questions we had and did not pressure us in any way to make up our minds quickly (like you would get at other deal pleasant and easy. My first time and had a great experience. Mike broke down everything to me . My first owning a Toyota 2011 Camry and I love my car so far.,any questions I had they answered them. Although we missed meeting up with our original sales person, Melissa Sinapi, we were equally pleased with Michael O'Hare. Michael is a GREAT sales person. Because for us the cars sell themselves, and we know exactly what offer we are interested in when we walk into DCH Toyota (this was our third sale here), we do not appreciate or like a "salesman." Michael is extremely knowledgeable and friendly-not pushy in the least which is a real turn off to my husband and I. He also has a good sense of humor. It was a completely relaxed experience - we took 2 visits, many phone calls and a few emails before making a decision and Michael didn't ever try to pressure us into buying. We walked away with a RAV 4 for a great price. Michael also called me and emailed me as promised. I believe Toyota is the only non luxury car that offers free service on the car and free inspection for 2 years which is an additional bonus to buying a Toyota. Toyota makes a great car and Michael O'hare is a great asset to them. More
