But advertisement means a lot to a company really does work, I saw the Atlas on the street this summer and new that was going to be my new automobile. I called on a Sunday, and Mr. Morris called me and sat up an appointment. I was not really ready but when I came in and he guided me through the process it was quick, and before I know it i was in my new SUV and out in less than 5 hrs, and you know that you can waist your whole day going thru the .process of getting a new car, but I didn't. A really awesome experience. Mike Morris is the best. I went in to the dealership on May 17th, because Mike called me and told me they had just gotten in two VW Atlas'. I liked what i saw, but i wanted the top of the line model. Mike told me a grey 2018 Atlas SEL was coming in over the weekend of May 26-28. I was in London until the 27th. He blew up my phone for two days when the car came in. We finally hooked up on Monday, May 29th. I ran down to the dealership, saw the car and bought it right off the bat. He knew every inch of the car, and as always, i was impressed with his presentation. This was the fourth VW my family has bought from Mike at Ourisman, and we remain totally pleased with all of cars, and the service Ourisman provides. We are a VW family for life. More

I wanted a new 2017 VW GTI that no one had in stock and Michael told me with absolutely no hesitation, "no problem at all, we'll find it for you!" And him and Isaac did just that and at a great price. Even though it was late when I got there, Michael, Isaac, and Brian went the extra mile and stayed way past closing time to get my deal finished that night so my trip back to pick up my car would be a quick in & out.
