No Hassle, great to work with! I have worked with Maria on all 4 of my vehicles. She is quick to respond and we usually can get a deal done via email in a day or two. A very nice experience Call me crazy, I brought my 3 year old daughter with me to buy an X3. I was not sure what I wanted I just knew I wanted out of my old car. Great experience with Mike Yousseff to get our new car. This is my 3rd lease at this dealership. Been there again to get the new X5 and wasn't disappointed by the experience. Mike Yousseff took good care of This is my 3rd lease at this dealership. Been there again to get the new X5 and wasn't disappointed by the experience. Mike Yousseff took good care of us from showing us the car, test driving it, and walking us through the different lease or buying scenarios. We made an informed decision and the application process was surprisingly short and effortless. We were at the dealership about an hour only and dropped the old car and rolled away in the new one. Mike followed up on all contractual aspects to make sure closing would go fast and overall I would absolutely recommend him to whomever seeks buying or leasing a new BMW at BMW of Freehold. More

Enjoyable Experience Kyle was pleasant to deal with. We were very specific about what we wanted and he was able to deliver. Our initial purchase and subsequent pick up went very smooth and quick. This is the second car we got through Kyle and would not hesitate to use him again. Our finance associate, Mike, was also very helpful. He was not pushy and was able to get us a good deal on the tire/windshield/dent package (which we originally did not want). He made us realize what a good investment it would be, and the price was well worth it. Because of these great associates, we recommend Freehold BMW. More
