I can't say enough good things about my whole experience with this Kia dealership! After being completely disappointed in every way at the previous dealership even to the point they had to enact the lemon l with this Kia dealership! After being completely disappointed in every way at the previous dealership even to the point they had to enact the lemon law due to their poor service I decided to give Greenway Kia a chance. From the second I drove on the lot the first thing I noticed was the place looked super clean, nothing like the prior Kia dealership where half the cars were left on a dirt lot. Entering the service department i was quickly greeted by 2 of the service reps. I spoke with the service manager and explained what I just went through at the prior Kia and from that point he made me feel like top priority. Not only did they quickly diagnose my car but had the parts delivered withing 3 days. After changing out 5 parts and keeping my car for over 60 days fighting me regularly on a rental I had my doubts about going to another Kia dealership but Greenway did not disappoint! Not only was the service above and beyond I had zero problems with them getting me a rental during repairs. To my amazement though I didn't even need the rental 24 hours! They completed the work and had it cleaned and I was able to pick up by mid day the very next day. Most of all I was super excited after over a year and a half of dealing with the popping noise having several new parts needlessly replaced it was finally fixed! No more popping!!! My car runs and sounds fantastic again! I can't give enough thanks to all those who were involved with this project! All of them deserve a raise and should be proud of their quality of performance! Thank you!!! More
