I'm a Sales Manager at Phillips Toyota. I excel in no-pressure sales, and I work very hard for my customers. The biggest highlight of my job is leaving my customers with a feeling of joy and satisfaction after purchasing their new or pre-owned vehicle. Ever since I was a kid, I have admired the Toyota brand. My first car was a 350,000 mile 1992 Toyota Camry, and to this day, I still drive the Toyota brand. I am a firm believer that you have to stand behind the brand that you represent. I trust Toyota's with my family.

worse dealership ever. . Salesman was not up front with us about what exact vehicle accessories the vehicle i prepurchased would come with after telling us what the vehicle . Salesman was not up front with us about what exact vehicle accessories the vehicle i prepurchased would come with after telling us what the vehicle came with while walking thru the parking lot and once i realized the items we were told would be on the vehicle were not going to be on we shopped elsewhere found the car we were looking for and this dealership has refused to give me back my deposit... simply BAD business practice... ALSO the charging about MSRP is ABSURD! Not to mention charging me a PREMIUM for items such as 4 years of maintenance, 5 years of roadside assistance etc etc meanwhile its already included into the MSRP (toyoguard platinum). JUST NASTY BUSINESS!! I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY HERE LET ALONE SHOP HERE! More

We had a low pressure purchasing experience with Stephen King on a brand new Rav4 today. It was extremely refreshing to not be pushed by waves of managers. We have purchased several new vehicles over the years and the process is typically dreadful. That was not the case at Phillips. Ryan King was kind and patient as we drove multiple models before ultimately the process is typically dreadful. That was not the case at Phillips. Have visited many car dealerships in central Florida area. None can compare to our experience at Phillips Toyota. From sales with AJ - really knows the products and is upfront – no game playing, went ou area. None can compare to our experience at Phillips Toyota. From sales with AJ - really knows the products and is upfront – no game playing, went out of his way to make sure we got what we would be happy with… to Tonya in the service department-worked hard to make things happen to fit our crazy busy schedule. Both of these staff members were A+. Even those we had no dealings with us were friendly and ready to help. The interchange between staff was fun to watch. They really seem to enjoy their job. More
