I attempted to purchase a car from Easterns in February 2025. I had agreed to a deal sheet online, and scheduled to come pick the car up. I requested a loan through my bank for the exact amount listed in the deal sheet, which included all tax/tag/title fees. When I arrived at the dealership, I agreed to let them try to find better financing, they were unable to match. So far, all fine. When I was presented with the final deal sheet, there were two additions that I did not agree to beforehand, a Lojack service subscription and a dealer warranty service. I requested that they be removed from the deal sheet, as I didn't want either of them, and they inflated the price This is where it gets shifty for me: They tried to tell me that the LoJack service fee was required to complete the purchase, and then tried to scare me into the warranty by lying about the factory warranty not being transferrable. I did research on both of these points, and found them both to be lies. We left, and they've since contacted me trying to make the deal happen. It turns out the LoJack is optional (imagine that). This is textbook consumer fraud, and I'd avoid this business at all costs. If they'll lie about this, I would also believe that they'll lie about the state of the vehicle service, and warranty. More

I went to Easterns because I saw a car online that I had been looking for through a 3rd party app. Lamont was great to work with and I had a seamless experience with him. There was an issue with the vehicle where the microphone in the car wasn’t working. The dealership took care of the cost to run the diagnostic to identify the issue. Lamont assisted through that entire process as well and worked with Mike, the Sales Manager to come to a resolution. Both of them were great to work with. I highly recommend working with Lamont if you’re thinking of purchasing a vehicle. I also recommend Easterns if you’re looking for a vehicle. I’ll be back again when the time comes to purchase another car. More

After going to another local dealership that I will not name, I came over to Easterns. They had the same 2 brands of cars I was looking for and the cars were slightly cheaper here. Ace meant meant me at th name, I came over to Easterns. They had the same 2 brands of cars I was looking for and the cars were slightly cheaper here. Ace meant meant me at the door, and already had the car I looked at online enroute so I could test drive it. Ace was professional and easterns was super clean with a very comfortable waiting area. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything. I purchased a Toyota Rav 4 2018. I am always skeptical about any car dealership, so days after buying i actually took the car for another inspection to my mechanic. Easterns had already done one, this was my own decision. My own mechanic stated that the car was in very good condition and didn't need a thing; not even an oil change because easterns took care of that. I wouldn't have any issues working with easterns in the future! Very happy with my purchase. More

My wife and I had one of the best experiences we've ever had purchasing a used car. Ace was fantastic; incredibly friendly, and extremely patient with us as we navigated the complications that come with m had purchasing a used car. This is our first time making a purchase from a dealership. We're looking for serious reliability. Our past efforts scouring Craigslist for something that, at the very least, runs, just won't cut it this time around. To be frank, we came in to Easterns with a lot of caution; expecting to be on the lookout for sketchy deals and coercion. Our experience was the complete opposite! Ace really put us at ease, helped us navigate the complicated buying process, and was attentive to us the entire time. We took some extra time really deliberating over our options and we were given space and time to do that under little to no pressure. We felt confident in our purchase, and cannot emphasize enough, how easy it was to walk away with a new (used) car feeling secure. Ace even detailed the new vehicle for us and gave our rental car a quick run over with the vacuum too! Thank you Easterns for all of your help and attentiveness. We'll certainly remember this experience, and will surely recommend you to friends and family. More
