I have always enjoyed helping customers with their buying decisions....I know it's an important process. Seeing a happy customer always makes my day! I was raised in Webster Groves MO, then moved to SO CALI in 1983 and stayed for 22 years, then moved back to my roots in St Louis. I have been in the car business since 1995 and started my career in Southern California. My wife was one of my first customers many years ago and we now have 6 children and 9 grandchildren. I am very easy going and enjoy music and play a few instruments including guitar and piano. I believe in no pressure sales when it comes to doing my job.

From the time we met Mike in January, he’s always been in contact with us regarding our dream car. We first thought we wanted a 350h (RX), and then my husband was interested in a 450h+. Mike found one and contact with us regarding our dream car. We first thought we wanted a 350h (RX), and then my husband was interested in a 450h+. Mike found one and put our names on it. He was kind and patient thoughout the process of its shipment and several delays, none of which he could control. I thought the doc fee of $400 was a ripoff. Since you wouldn’t negotiate the price of the car , they’re was no reason for a doc fee. The coupons I received for oil changes and tire rotations we Since you wouldn’t negotiate the price of the car , they’re was no reason for a doc fee. The coupons I received for oil changes and tire rotations were useless since what you charge for an oil change exceeds the face value of the coupon. I can get my oil changes done cheaper elsewhere and I have. My trade in was appraised at Dave Mugenast Honda at $11,000 and you would only give me $10,000 for my van. So all in all I was disappointed in my experience. The salesman was nice but the experience could’ve been better. More

A friend of mine suggested I go to Mungenast based on the excellent service she had received from them over the years. I had the pleasure of working with Mike who was absolutely wonderful to work with! He excellent service she had received from them over the years. He was respectful of my budget, knowledgable about the car I was interested in and did not put any pressure on me whatsoever. The day I picked up the car, other members of the team were extremely helpful with providing important information about additional purchasing options, but again with no pressure. One of the team members showed me how to use a variety of features on the car and answered a bunch of questions I had. The Lexus NX 300 is the first Lexus I’ve ever owned, but it won’t be the last, I absolutely Love it! More
