Michael Meador provided outstanding customer service and quality assurance when delivering my new SType! When he called to notify me that my car was ready for pickup, and I didn't have a ride to the dealers quality assurance when delivering my new SType! He did a great job of walking me through all the functionality for my first electric car purchase. He made sure my upgraded floor mats were installed, the car had a full charge, and was pristine inside and out.
