Total clowns. I agreed and asked him for the "special internet price". He proceeded to hand me over to a cocky, rude, arrogent pushy sales manager who immediatly tried not to give me a better price and then acted like a jerk when I asked him to give me the price anyway. Then they texted me that I WAS RUDE TO THE MANAGER!!!! I will not buy a car here ever! More

Our Subaru Legacy’s GPS program was working only intermittently. To repair this problem; I was told that it would cost $139.00 to repair it. When I brought the car in for repair the cost had gon intermittently. To repair this problem; I was told that it would cost $139.00 to repair it. When I brought the car in for repair the cost had gone up to $1,941.00 for a new radio and its associated GPS component. A week later, I received an offer in the mail to purchase my car back at a fraction of the initial purchase price, with the implication that this would also solve the repair problem I am upset and looked for outside advice. I found out that the radio/GPS was still under warranty. The repair was done from another dealership with much better service. More

Twice went to shop for Subaru, called ahead to verify if vehicle was in inventory. They said yes. Got there, couldn’t find the car. After 30 minutes and confusion they said in was in the shop being fixed vehicle was in inventory. They said yes. Got there, couldn’t find the car. After 30 minutes and confusion they said in was in the shop being fixed. Come back tomorrow……….went to look again at another 🚘. Pre Owned. It seems, as a almost customer on yelp indicated, the price they give you as they boost up the price with fees, depends on your gender. I can confirm this in writing,…………….Years ago Haldeman was noted for good ole boys stuff, something’s never change. More

WARNING: There may be defects with the 2022 models! Haldeman Subaru refused to guarantee my new 2022 vehicle had no defects or damage! Instead, they encouraged me to sign paperwork that would absolve Haldeman Subaru refused to guarantee my new 2022 vehicle had no defects or damage! Instead, they encouraged me to sign paperwork that would absolve them of all responsibility if there were any major problems. Mandatory Binding Arbitration Agreements are predatory dealership weapons used to protect dealerships from accountability when they defraud consumers. They refused to sell me the vehicle if I did not give up my rights to hold them accountable, therefore I have reason to believe there are defects with the 2022 models. Additionally, Haldeman kept the deposit I placed on the car after canceling the transaction. Beware of dealerships that will not sell you a vehicle unless you relinquish your rights! More
